i. Stream Assets➤ EMOTES

⟡ Animated emote = +$5/ per emote
⤷ Partial commercial rights is already included in the price.
⤷ The file size will be sent in 200x200 pixels
⤷ Clients are required to attribute me as the emote artist on Twitch, using the artist badge. If not please credit me as the artist in you panels / about section.
⤷ Fair warning, my skill in animating is limited so some requests might be declined.
ii. Illustrations➤ CHIBIS
⟡ 1 Character [Flat colours] = $10 ⟡ 1 Character [Full Rendered] = $15
⟡ +1 Character = +50% of Original price ⟡ +BG = Starts from +$5
⤷ Design of character might be simplified if it is too complicated.
⤷ The file size will be 2000x2000 pixels
⤷ By default the bg will be white, unless given specific requests.
⤷ Simple background [flat colours] will not be charged.
⤷ Complex bg will be charged depending on how complicated the request is.

Please read this before commissioning me, any issues that derived from you not reading my Terms of Service will be your own responsibility
i. GENERAL
➤ By commissioning me, you are by default agreeing to the terms and conditions that are set here. Although certain terms can be altered via agreement on both sides prior to the established commission.
➤ I will only accept commissions that are requested via the request form. Although you are allowed to ask anything you are unsure of in any of my given socials.
➤ I reserve the right to decline any commission requests if I feel I am unable to fulfill your request.
➤ You will agree that the art commissioned will STRICTLY be used for personal / non profit purposes, unless stated otherwise.
➤ I do not allow my works to be used for any AI purposes. Please do not upload any of my works into any AI sites/programs as it could compromise my works. My works are not allowed to be uploaded as NFTs or be used in any blockchain technology.
➤ If any terms are violated, you will be blacklisted indefinitely without warning.
➤ Occasionally I would stream the commissioned work, since I find that my productivity increases when I do stream, so if you would like me not to do it during a stream please remember to clarify in your form.
➤ The finished commission will be sent via Google Drive to the email provided and you will have 7 days to save the artwork before permissions are revoked from the drive.
➤ By default, all files sent to the client will be in .jpg, but if the client wants me to include a different type of file, or if the file is needed to be in a specific type, please do inform me in the additional notes part of the form.
➤ If the client does decide to post the finished artwork online, they must use the watermarked piece that was provided. Since it might compromise the artwork, please do avoid posting the original work online.
ii. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
➤ I require a 50% deposit of the full price before I start working on the commission.
➤ I will send an invoice stating how much you will have to pay BEFORE I start on your commission. The total price will be stated, and the deposit price will also be stated.
➤ To avoid any transaction issues, if you have NOT RECIEVED AN INVOICE from me via email, please do not pay me /send me money.
➤ Any money given to me before the invoice is given out will be considered a donation, and will not be refunded.
➤ All payments will be in USD, I will mainly be using WISE and PAYPAL. I will not be accepting any form of cryptocurrency.
➤ I am not responsible for any mistakes on payment that are made on your part during the transaction process.
➤ Payments must be made within 1-5 days after the invoice is sent out, or else the commission will be cancelled.
➤ If the commissioner repeatedly fails to pay the fees on time, it can result in being blacklisted.
➤ Cancellation of commission is ONLY allowed when I have NOT started the commission. If you are cancelling mid way thru, there will be a cancellation fee.
➤ There will not be any refunds after the sketch has been agreed upon and if the artwork has been completed, unless the below situations applies:
- If I have missed the set deadline without any explanations or mutual agreement that we move the deadline forward.
- It comes from my initiative [Canceling the commission due to personal reasons]
➤ You are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any unjustifiable reasons. If a chargeback is issued without contacting me to cancel/refund your commission, you will be publicly blacklisted from ordering another commission from me.
iii. CLIENT AGREEMENTS
➤ By commissioning me, the client basically agrees to my terms and conditions, so please do read thru these terms carefully.
➤ Clients are expected to have read my TOS and understand my general commission prices.
➤ Clients must be 18+ and are able to commit to an agreement or have parental consent to make this agreement on their behalf.
➤ Clients are not allowed to display or claim my work as their own, and must visibly credit me as the artist.
➤ Clients are only allowed to use the commissioned work strictly for PRESONAL USAGES, unless previously discussed and agreed upon.
➤ Clients reserve the rights to print out or create a physical product of the artwork as long as it is for PERSONAL USAGE. Clients may not use the produced artwork for redistribution or external projects, both commercial or non-commercial (e.g.: T-shirts, mugs, etc...)
➤ Clients are not authorized or allowed to change, modify, edit or use the WIP images without my permission.
➤ Clients are not allowed to use my art to defame, discriminate or send any type of hate to other individuals.
➤ Any ill behavior from the client will not be tolerated and the client's commission can be subjected to a cancellation.
➤ If the client wishes to have a personalized contract drafted instead, please reach out to me via email or dms before proceeding with payments.
iv. ARTIST AGREEMENTS
➤ By commissioning me, you are only purchasing my service as an artist.
➤ If I am experiencing IRL issues (e.g.: Health, personal, etc...) I will inform you, and ask for your patience and to be considerate. I will try to get back to continuing the commission as soon as possible, as soon as I solve the issue.
v. COPYRIGHT USAGE
➤ I hold all rights to all commissioned artworks.
➤ I am allowed to use the commissioned works for my portfolio and to promote my services unless previously discussed. Although it is only temporary.
➤ I reserve the rights to sign / watermark my own works. A full resolution image of the artwork will be sent, but my signature will still remain.
➤ I reserve to the rights to fully retract the client's right to the commissioned artwork in the case of the client breaking any of these terms.
➤ All Original Character designs will receive appropriate credit to their original artists, unless said character design is that of my own.
vi. LICENSING INFORMATIONS
➤ I will maintain original copyright and ownership of the artwork, which includes [but not limited to] redistributing, reproducing, advertising and displaying the artwork in my website, social media and portfolio.
➤ Your rights to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, and displaying the commissioned artworks in your websites and social medias will be depended on the license of your choice, as explained in this section of Terms of Service.➤ Further transformative work allowed (done by humans other then the original artists):
- Recoloring
- Adding / removing elements of the artwork
- Removal / change / addition of background
Although alterations done to the artworks should be discussed prior with the artist before making them.
Usage of AI on the commissioned artwork is strictly prohibited.

vii. MY PROCESS
➤ I will usually take around 1-2 days to respond to your initial order inquiry.
➤ Client will be required to send accurate and detailed references of what they want and expect regarding the commission in the given form.
➤ After payment is done I will start doing the sketch, which should take around 3-4 days. At which point Iwould send it to you via your preferred method of contact.
➤ When a WIP (Work in Progress) is sent to you, I will need explicit confirmation that everything is good to proceed.
➤ You will have a total of 3 revisions allowed in the sketching phase. Major changes after this stage will be subjected to an upcharge of $2/ per major revision. [e.g pose changes, outfit changes bg changes, etc...]
➤ Every WIP I send to you will contain a watermark.
➤ I do accept priority orders, but it will highly depend on my IRL schedule and extra fees will be included.
➤ If the time allowance is too short I have the right to decline the commission.
➤ The turnaround rate starts from 2-4 weeks after the deposit is paid. This depends on my personal schedule due to classes and my personal stuff. So I hope you understand.
➤ If a deadline is not discussed, you are allowed to contact me once every 2 weeks to check on your WIP. So please refrain from pushing for updates.
➤ When the commission is done, I will send another invoice. Please pay the total within 1-5 days after the invoice is sent.
